Paul installed our kitchen backsplash and did an amazing job! We were impressed from the get go. All calls were returned promptly and the two days he was here he was not a minute past scheduled arrival time. The job was completed according to plan and was executed in a professional manner. We needed to update the flooring in our home, and that included a fair amount of tile work. A main bath, living room, dining room and kitchen. We reached out to several contractors but only one stood out and that was Paul. You could tell that Paul was a solid professional that really enjoys his work, it was an easy choice. We referred him to our son where he did complete bathroom renovations on 2 bathrooms while they were on vacation. We are all extremely satisfied with his work. Paul had excellent communication skills . He always answered my questions in a very timely manner. He takes great pride in his work, and works to make u thrilled, not just happy. He shows up exactly when he says that he will arrive, and takes great pains to cover up all spaces that might be impacted by the work. His cleanup was excellent . His demo was fast and efficient, and he took away all of the debris. His tile work was superb and he has every type of tool to make sure his work is totally symetrical and perfect. On top of everything, Paul was a very easy guy to have around. He has a delightful disposition and you can tell that he loves the work that he's doing. I don't think I can be the easiest person to work for. I see details that others don't and I'm very picky about the end product. He satisfied all of my expectations and for that I am very grateful.
