I cannot say enough positive things about my experience with Paul! When Paul came out to do my estimate, right from the beginning, I got the impression that he was easy to communicate with, knowledgeable about tile, and has the capability to see your vision and to be able to bring it to life. Paul gave me an estimate that was fair, and he's a person who is wiling to put in the work to earn a fair income. He's not looking to overprice jobs or take advantage of someone. I did have to wait for Paul to start my shower, but I was okay with that because I would rather wait for someone who can offer a high quality experience than to hire someone who doesn't have as much work lined up. Then, once Paul was on the job, he showed up every day and did a fantastic job. He worked over Labor Day weekend and on the holiday, although he was respectful and offered to not come if I wanted a quiet house to enjoy the holiday myself. He was neat and did not leave a mess behind, he completed the job in a timely fashion, was flexible and communicated to work around my changing start times in the mornings, he presented ideas such as tile layout options that I hadn't thought to consider, and overall he made the project really easy to move though all the components of it. In the end, about 10 days later, I have the absolutely stunning shower that I spend the last 8 years dreaming of! And, while he was in my house, Paul smelled a gas leak that my dryer had, and was willing to pull the dryer out to fix it. He really cares and goes above and beyond for his customers. I highly recommend Paul and will be saving his number for my future tile projects!

Unmatched professionalism and perfectionism. We had our 25 year old master bath remodeled. I had a vision, and he made it a reality. PAUL goes to great lengths to roll out tarps throughout the house before demolition and daily floor/tiling. I even caught him vacuuming almost daily! When it comes to tile design and layout, his workmanship is UNMATCHED. There is not 2mm of space that isn't accounted for. He is always on time and easy to reach via text or phone. Paul Watson of PW Designs was one of the best contractors I have worked with in my home and in my past housing career. He was great on communication, professional, courteous and showed up on time. He was willing to work 7 days a week to get the jobs finished in my home. The tile work is beautiful and his skillset on Tile work is excellent. His attention to detail is remarkable. Paul is great to work with. Has great ideas to help you decide what to do and does an amazing job. Cleans up when he’s done daily. You can trust him in your house when you’re not home. He will make sure everything is turned off and locked up when he leaves. I’ve used him several times and I refer him to anyone who’s looking for a tile guy. Just a super nice, honest guy who takes pride in his work and it definitely shows.

My wife and I absolutely love the master bathroom remodel Paul did for us, which far exceeded our expectations in every way. During the remodel Paul was a pleasure to work with and displayed a work ethic rarely seen anymore. He showed up on time for the fourteen days on our project and would work nonstop 8-9 hours without a break. Paul loves what he does, which clearly shows in the outstanding quality of his work and attention to detail. It’s really hard to find this level of craftsmanship today. Pro’s like Paul are hard to find today, but once you do they are well worth the wait.
