Paul had excellent communication skills . He always answered my questions in a very timely manner. He takes great pride in his work, and works to make u thrilled, not just happy. He shows up exactly when he says that he will arrive, and takes great pains to cover up all spaces that might be impacted by the work. His cleanup was excellent . His demo was fast and efficient, and he took away all of the debris. His tile work was superb and he has every type of tool to make sure his work is totally symetrical and perfect. On top of everything, Paul was a very easy guy to have around. He has a delightful disposition and you can tell that he loves the work that he's doing. I don't think I can be the easiest person to work for. I see details that others don't and I'm very picky about the end product. He satisfied all of my expectations and for that I am very grateful. Paul is wonderful to work with. He redid 2 of our showers replacing fiberglass enclosures with beautiful tile work. He replaced our tile floors. We referred him to our son where he did complete bathroom renovations on 2 bathrooms while they were on vacation. We are all extremely satisfied with his work. Paul Watson is fabulous! He is a talented professional who does his work seamlessly. My main bathroom and kitchen had 1970’s 4” square tile that had to come out.
